Official Complaints Procedure
If you are unsatisfied with the service you have received, you can make a formal complaint by writing to the following address, including your account information, and detailing the outstanding complaint.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within three working days. An investigation will then be carried out into the issues raised and a full response will be provided within ten working days. Where the issue is particularly complex it may take longer to respond. If this is likely, we will provide information on the action which will be taken and advise when you can expect a full response.
As part of our response to you we will include information on how you can escalate your complaint in the event you are unhappy with our response; the nature of the complaint will dictate whether such escalation is possible.
